How it goes
Request
Today. Send the request with the size and paper you want, then upload your photo on the next page. I reply with what it can be before you pay anything.
Reply and invoice
Within a day. One email with what I see in your photo and a Stripe invoice. Work starts when the invoice is paid.
Proof
Then a screen proof on the exact paper profile, with two revision rounds included. The screen proof you approve is the standard your print is held to. Diptychs, triptychs and panoramas include a physical proof by mail.
Print and ship
Tuesday or Friday, on the second ship day after you approve. Approve by Monday evening and it ships Friday, by Thursday evening and it ships the following Tuesday, with tracking by email. Local pickup in Reno is free.

Premium Matte 230. A smooth, bright white matte sheet with no glare, so your eye stays on the detail. It's heavier than the matte papers sold in stores and keeps color true. Acid-free, and the standard paper for every print.
Aurora Art Natural 300. A heavy, 100% cotton fine art sheet made in the USA, with a soft natural white and a semi-smooth surface you can feel in the hand. It has no optical brighteners, so its tone holds steady for years, and it's certified to archival standards (ISO 9706). It's made for landscapes, portraits and warm black-and-white work you mean to hang for a long time.
Starter Set. Ten 4 × 6 prints from your print-ready files, with no editing or proofing. Limit two sets per customer per month.
Every print is a Signature print: file review, editing for print, a soft proof on the exact paper profile, two revision rounds, output preparation, the print, inspection, and archival packaging. If your file is already print-ready, skip the revisions; the review and inspection happen either way.
Shipping is in the table. Local pickup in Reno is free, and packages at 17 × 22 and up are insured. Pay by card through Stripe. Your payment link arrives by email, no account needed.
Start to finish, a single print takes about a week to ten days from your request, if you answer the proof within a day. A diptych, triptych or panorama, or any order with a mailed proof, takes two to three weeks.
Christmas. The last ship day I'd trust is Tuesday, December 15. Friday, December 18 still reaches most of the US. Approve your proof by Thursday evening, December 10 to ship on the 15th, or by Monday evening, December 14 to ship on the 18th. To be sure of the 15th, send a single-print request by Friday, December 4. Diptychs, triptychs, panoramas and orders with a mailed proof aren't promised for Christmas unless you skip the mailed proof; then the single-print dates apply. Reno pickup runs through Wednesday, December 23.
A physical proof is an 8.5 × 11 print that shows your crop and color, so treat it as a guide to the finished print. It mails on the next Tuesday or Friday after you approve the screen proof.
Proof-Match Promise. If your final print doesn't match the screen proof you approved, it's reprinted free. One policy reprint per order. Shipping damage and lost shipments are reprinted free after the carrier claim is filed.
